SHIPPING POLICY
Safety Shop Dubai follows a well-planned shipping process in its business operations. We accept orders from all the GCC countries and India. Successfully placed order will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, check your spam filter or contact our customer support team for confirmation. Shipment and tracking information will be provided.
The shipment cost and delivery time will completely depend on the location where you want the order to be shipped.
RETURN POLICY
You may send your purchased products back to any Safety Shop Dubai outlet to return your goods and get your money back instantly or exchange it for something else within 3 days of purchase.
In order to be eligible for the return, your product requires to be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It should be in its original packaging and with all the paperwork, parts and accessories.
For the completion of your return, we would need a receipt or proof of purchase, such as the Invoice or website order number.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you no longer require your goods, or you have ordered an incorrect item by mistake we will offer a full refund or exchange within 3 days of purchase if the item is returned to us in its original condition and packaging. Alternatively, we can arrange for our couriers to collect from you, however, courier charges may be applied for this service.
REFUNDS
Upon receiving and inspecting your return if returned by courier, we will notify you by email that we have received your return. You will also be notified if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you visit in person any of our retail outlets, then the goods will be inspected on the spot and you will be issued a refund in the original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SHIPPING
If the item is damaged or does not match its description, Safety Shop Dubai will bear the shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item including the original shipping cost after we have inspected the goods.
For any other reason, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note: Depending on your geographical location, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation is only applicable in case of order cancellation within 24 hours of its placement. However, you can also cancel the order before the dispatch of goods whichever is earlier. After the confirmation of the order cancellation, we will process the request for refund which will take approximately 15 working days depending on your Bank’s Policy.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
